Ajay Mankani
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Ajay Mankani is a highly experienced property developer with over 25 years of expertise in building teams, developing talent, and driving innovation.
As the driving force behind Landbanc, he sets the company’s vision and oversees all aspects of the business, including expansion, business development, strategy, construction, project management, facilities management, technology management, human resources, and marketing.
Ajay is also a board member of Fortes Holdings, a conglomerate involved in education, engineering, construction, transport, technology, and investments.
He earned his degree in Civil Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania in the US. Apart from his professional pursuits, Ajay is an avid stock investor, art collector, lifelong learner, fitness enthusiast, and philanthropist.
Sanjay Mankani
Co-Founder & Co-Managing Director
Sanjay Mankani brings his extensive experience in investment banking and risk management to Landbanc, ensuring the company’s sustainability and strength.
He spent 10 years in New York working in investment banking at Lazard Freres & Co. before returning to Dubai to establish several entrepreneurial ventures.
Sanjay holds a double degree in Finance and Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and the Wharton School of Business. In his free time, Sanjay is a patron of the arts, and enjoys yoga and spending time with his family.
Pratik
CFO
Pratik is a core member of Landbanc’s C-suite supporting the board in strategic and capital deployment decisions.
Pratik brings rigorous financial discipline, risk control protocols, and workflow excellence to Landbanc’s operations. With over 20 years of experience, Pratik is a CFA Chartered Holder and has extensive experience across multiple industries.
Sumeet
Head of Sales & Marketing
Sumeet is a core member of Landbanc’s C-suite. He is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with over 20 years of experience across multiple industries and brands.
At Landbanc, he oversees marketing strategy and also leads the sales and marketing team and customer sales team ensuring Landbanc delivers what it promises.
Rachel
Head of Human Resource
Rachel is part of the C-suite of Landbanc and Fortes Holdings and manages a large HR team spread across each business unit of Landbanc.
She is responsible for HR strategy in developing and nurturing talent; compensation and benefits; HR policy formulation; and budgets.
Shiju
Head of Design & Project Management
Shiju leads a team working closely with architects, interior designers, and the construction teams in realizing the vision of each project.
With deep experience in architecture and interior design, as well as fit-out and construction, Shiju brings a rare understanding of design and function to ensure Landbanc develops beautiful and functional homes.
Saha
Head of Construction Management
Saha heads the construction team which manages the contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in every project.
He is a detailed, results-driven professional with extensive experience in all facets of construction with demonstrated expertise in planning, scheduling, budgeting and managing multiple projects from pre-construction to construction and final close-out.
Rahul
Head of Procurement & Contracts
Rahul is a Supply Chain and a six Sigma professional and Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply, UK. He brings over 25 years of experience across diverse industries.
He oversees central procurement, a team of purchasers, category management, strategic sourcing, and all commercial contracts.
Rashmi
Head of Civil Procurement & Contracts
Rashmi brings deep experience, sourcing capability, and relationships across the entire construction ecosystem of suppliers and subcontractors.
She ensures all items are carefully sourced to meet each project’s design needs.
KASIM
Head of Electromechanical (MEP) Procurement
Kasim brings deep experience, sourcing capability, and relationships across the entire construction ecosystem of MEP suppliers and subcontractors.
He ensures all items meet each project’s MEP design objectives.
Manoj
Head of Facilities Management (FM)
Manoj is a senior results-driven professional with 20 years of experience in FM. He spearheads the entire FM operation and asset management, ensuring the highest compliance, quality and safety standards are met.
He ensures customers receive 24×7 fulfillment of their maintenance requests and complete satisfaction and peace of mind.

Anish brings deep experience in pre and post handover services and leasing ensuring customers receive a seamless 5-star service after purchase of their property.

Sheeraz is a senior leader and leads an innovative IT team to manage the technology requirements at Landbanc and Fortes Holdings.
He has a wealth of over 15 years experience working for large organizations across strategic level initiatives and time-bound projects.
