Tawi Sayegh (also known as the Bur Juman mall area) has grown organically with Dubai and houses mid-rise residences, offices and hotels.

Tawi Sayegh borders the tourist destinations of Dubai Creek; Bastikya, old Dubai with its windtower houses, quaint restaurants; Dubai’s textile and gold markets; and the famous Dubai Museum.
