Apart from development, Fortes runs a large real estate portfolio comprising investments in rental properties and projects and land.

Fortes is also involved in underwriting projects (adding unique value such as flexible payments plans or the resizing and remodeling of apartment sizes with its own development and construction team) and also renovating and reselling individual properties.
